Have you ever felt that you are always busy performing ordinary tasks but you still cant make time to accomplish most important and meaningful work ? Or maybe you'd like to use your time more efficiently and enjoy the result of your efforts ? 1. Contribute into the areas which are the most important to you
You can perform your work in the most efficient way if you put all your efforts and resources into it therefore the key moment here is that you should choose most important projects to work on them.

3. Measure your capacity
You can make the following research in order to measure your capacity : make a weekly structure plan which contains all tasks you are going to perform and observe how much time it will get you to work on certain project. Thus you will elicit model of work which fits your capacity.
Remember that approach which fits other people may be unacceptable for you that why you should realize the importance to create your own work model.
4. Trust yourself
Only you know what is right for you, so don't let others to distract you from the path you chose to move on. Make yourself sure that you perform tasks really meaningful to you.
5. Pay attention to your feelings
Don't seek the amount of tasks you should accomplish. The most important is whether you enjoy your work and whether you feel good about yourself. If you dont like your work you will feel like you are wasting your time vainly.
6. Make weekly review of the tasks done
This method will help you to identify you weaknesses and strength, you will observe which tasks bring you more satisfaction and benefit. Review the past week and see what you achieved and you feel. Make adjustments based on your review.
Don't forget that the most important outcome is the way you feel.
