We are based in Vienna, Austria with multiple fulfillment centers all over the world.
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?
- Most of our products are typically shipped from one of our overseas facilities, so please allow around 3-5 weeks to receive your purchase(s), although the time can be shorter or longer depending on the customs for your country.
- Here are the average delivery time for different countries:
USA: 10-23 days
New Zealand & UK: 14-25 days
Rest of the world: 14-45 days.
- For some of our popular products under heavy demand this may take slightly longer so we ask all customers to please allow 45 days before contacting us regarding shipping, thanks!
I ORDERED 2 ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?
When you order multiple items they may be shipped separately due to logistically reasons. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL...WHAT'S GOING ON?
Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
I MESSED UP MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PRODUCT SPECIFICATION! CAN I CHANGE IT?
If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't make any promises. All of our orders are processed daily, and most orders are shipped within 24 hours of order placement. If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards through the Stripe payment system. We also accept PayPal Checkout payments.
I DON'T HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, WHEN WILL I GET IT?
We will send out a tracking number to you via email as soon as your order has been shipped, the tracking information will be available 3-5 days later.
WHAT’S YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Customer is eligible for exchanges within 7 days upon receipt of the package shown on the tracking number that we provide. Item/s must be unworn, unwashed, and must be in the original packaging. You may reach our email support how we can better assist you.
We can cancel order as long as the item has not been shipped, typically within 6-12 hours. However, we want to let you know that if we cancel an order we will deduct a 15% fee to cover up the processing fee from our merchant.
How do I return an item?
- Please email our support at email@example.com with the email subject "Return".
- Provide a tracking number so we can process the refund.
