BMW Group Introduces New Collection of High Fashion Sustainable Clothing & Accessories

Following the introduction of the new version of its compact and efficient electric car BMW i3, which consumes only 12.6 kWh/100km, accelerates from zero to 100 km/h in just 8,1 seconds, and can achieve 200 km of range on a full battery charge in everyday use (even in bad weather conditions and with the air conditioning or heating on), BMW Group unveiled a new collection of high fashion clothing and premium accessories made from sustainable resources and recycled materials.


As the company states, its new BMW i collection blends a “sense of responsibility with premium quality” and demonstrates that the company’s understanding of premium is strongly defined by sustainability.


BMW i collection includes different high fashion outfits - BMW i Top, BMW i Jumpsuit, BMW i Cardigan, BMW i Jacket - all featuring innovative mix of materials and chic designs.




The BMW i collection also consists of a series of luxurious luggage items that were designed and manufactured using sustainability approach. For example, BMW i Weekend Bag, which can store pens, mobile phones and other small items, was handcrafted by master craftsmen at an Italian leather atelier and undergone a high-quality tanning process in compliance with the latest sustainability standards at a tannery in Germany. The BMW i Backpack and BMW i Bag, which are best suited for the daily use, are made from recycled PET and sustainably produced leather.




The collection also includes BMW i Interactive Kids’ T-shirt made from organic cotton.
